Appleton 12 Year Old Rare Casks Rum, 43%, 200ml - A blend of rare hand-selected pot and column still rums that have been aged for over a decade in the tropical climate of Jamaica. Displaying toasted oak, fruitcake, nutty praline, molasses, vanilla and mocha, this should be sipped neat over ice, maybe with a few cracked coffee beans in the mix.
