NOSE
Creamy vanilla with hints of apple and cinnamon

PALATE
Opens with a dry oak-like character reminiscent of an aged bourbon, followed by pronounced cinnamon and maple

FINISH
Dry with long-lasting notes of dark fruit and wood

Neat or on the rocks or whiskey style cocktails like an Old Fashioned, Manhattan Rum Sour or a Daiquiri
