The Hero wines are hand-crafted from the best quality fruit sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, including McLaren Vale and the Barossa. With meticulous handling in the vineyard and winery, the pristine fruit will have less exposure to anything harmful that may normally require the addition of preservatives.  

Tasting Note: Dark garnet in colour displaying attractive red fruit aromatics with a pronounced raspberry note showing earthy and gentle spice notes. This is a fresh easy drinking style bottled immediately to capture the essence of the variety. On the palate it's bright with fruit purity showing a good intensity and balanced by cleansing acids. Pair with medium rare steaks and crispy potatoes.
