Analysis: Alcohol 12% pH 3.39 Titratable Acidity 4.7 g/l Residual Sugar 1.6 g/l Vineyard: This wine is produced from vineyards in the Hawke?s Bay region of New Zealand. The soils are rocky ancient river beds with a mix of free draining stony soils and clay loams. Viticulture and Winemaking: A combination of hand picked and machine harvested fruit, with minimal pressing on its skins. Vintage: A remarkable summer with cool evening temperatures and harvested early to ensure beautiful flavour and fruit intensity. Food Matching: Delicious as an aperitif and with long lunches. Enjoy with grilled crayfish, hot smoked salmon or just with a bowl of fresh strawberries.
